commissions

Process

  • To request a commission, please complete the form below and send me a message with this information via discord or twitter. my home page lists my twitter, discord: moimaid #9559

  • How are slots filled? I will have slots for commissions on a monthly basis. Depending on complexity, some of these commissions may take longer, which in turn will reserve another slot based on time. For example, if your commission is complex, you will reserve 2 slots.

  • Slots will be filled first come first serve. If slots are full, you will be waitlisted and I'll complete your commission the next month!

  • If you get a slot, please pay in full as soon as possible upon receiving the invoice.

  • For waitlisted commissions, I ask that you pay 10% of full commission price in advance to reserve.

  • Commission progress WILL be streamed on twitch. I encourage you to stop by the stream, that way you can make comments as I work on your piece!

Note: Commissions will be completed within 2 months of starting the project.
If I fail to meet the deadline, I will contact the client ASAP. If the client refuses the extension, they will receive a full refund.

Revisions and Corrections

Progress of the commission will be streamed live on twitch. Regardless if you come to the stream or not, I will send progress pictures as I work on the piece.Please be honest with your feelings towards the work, because my main goal is to ensure you're satisfied with the product!Revisions and corrections can be made from the start of the project all the way up to 3 weeks past completion. Note that after completion, large changes will not be permitted.

Refunds

A refund can be issued when:

  • The client is highly dissatisfied with the commission.

  • The client requests a refund before I begin working on the commission.

  • I cannot fulfill the commission by the given deadline.

The client will be refunded...

  • 20% of full price if commission is completed and delivered.

  • 50% of full price if commission has been started and significant process has been made.

  • 100% of full price if I have not started on the commission and/or cannot complete for some reason.

Refunds can no longer be issued when:

  • 3 weeks have passed since commission has been completed.

  • 3 weeks have passed since corrections/revisions have been made.

  • The client has untruthfully expressed satisfaction.

  • The client has intentionally kept negative feedback/correction requests to themselves during the whole commission process.

AGREEMENT

By reading this document and requesting commission, you agree to all the terms listed above, you are over the age of 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital art. You also agree that you will absolutely not file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks and agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission.
